Sourtoe Cocktail, Canada: Served exclusively at the Downtown Hotel in Dawson City, Yukon, the sourtoe cocktail contains a real human toe. The preserved toe is kept in salt behind the bar, and is dropped in to a challengers’ drink. The one rule is “You can drink it fast, you can drink it slow – but the lips have gotta touch the toe.” Lovely!
