The “lost tiara” that Princess Alice wore to King Edward VII’s wedding. This tiara is made by Köchert, called the “Byzantine” diadem, with its harmonious juxtapositions of diamonds and pearls, was judged impeccable and won for Köchert the first prize for jewellery at the World Exhibition.

The famous Faberge tiara with tear-drop diamonds that were presented by Alexander I of Russia to Empress Josephine. The story of the tiara starts from Alexander I of Russia and Joséphine, ex-wife of Napoléon. They were friends, and Alexander presented Josephine with tea-drop diamonds. In 1890 Faberge used those diamonds to create this tiara for descendants of Josephine's son, the Duke of Leuchtenberg. After WWI the tiara was inherited by the Count of Flanders. by connie

The oldest surviving crown of an English queen, 1370-80. Gold, enamel, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, diamonds, pearls. Recorded in England in a list of jewels and plate drawn up in 1399. Probably belonged to King Edward III or Anne of Bohemia, the wife of King Richard II, who was deposed that year by Henry IV. Henry's daughter, Princess Blanche, married the Palatine Elector Ludwig III in 1402 and the crown passed to the Palatine Treasury in Heidelberg as part of her dowry.

The Bohemian Crown of Queen Eliska. In 1303 she arrived in Prague and was crowned Czech and Polish queen. The crown is a unique piece of art, which has no parallels in the world. It is the only existing crown with eagles, which were an element of crown jewels after the 13th century, relating to the tradition of the empire.

Diadem, c. 1829 - belonged to Stéphanie de Beauharnais, first cousin, once removed, of Empress Josephine's first husband; adopted and raised to imperial rank by Napoleon. Consort of Karl, Grand Duke of Baden, and ancestress of the former Kings of Romania and former King of Yugoslavia, the present King of the Belgians, the present Grand Duke of Luxembourg and the present Sovereign Prince of Monaco.

TRI NAJVAŽNIJE KRUNE EVROPE: Bez ovih svetinja nema ni Starog kontinenta

Gvozdena kruna Langobarda, najstarija vladarska insignija Evrope, ime nosi po gvozdenoj traci širokoj jedan santimetar koja se nalazi sa unutrašnje strane i za koju se veruje da je iskovana od eksera kojim je Isus Hrist probijen na njegovom raspeću, dok su Langobardi zapadnogermansko pleme koje je u Italiji oformilo moćno kraljevstvo nakon sloma Zapadnog rimskog carstva i koje je na kraju srušio Karlo Veliki.

Spoljašnji njen obruč je napravljen od šest kvadrata od kovanog zlata spojenih šarkama i ukrašenih dragim kamenjem u obliku krstova i cvetova. Prilično je mala, zbog čega se pretpostavlja da je prvobitno bila votivna kruna, odnosno poklon bez namere da se koristi, mada postoji i hipoteza da je bila veća ali da su dva kvadrata izgubljena nakon čega je modifikovana (ovo je inače opisano u istorijskim dokumentima).

Kako je tačno dospela u ruke Langobarda nije poznato, ali po legendi, jedan od eksera koji je pronašla Konstantinova majka Jelena došao je u ruke princeze Teodelinde (inače vladarke koja je ovo germansko pleme preobratila u hrišćanstvo), koja ga je iskoristila da napravi ovu insigniju.
